The Hornbeam is one of our favourites. It is a strong, modest, refined and beautiful tree. Carpinus is suitable for privacy applications, but also for natural shade. This tree responds well to pruning and is hardly affected by infestations or organisms. This native tree has a lovely trunk, which is one of the specialities of our nursery. 

De Carpinus betulus Rockhampton Red is een Engelse selectie van de haagbeuk, ofwel Carpinus betulus, maar met een opvallende eigenschap: een gegarandeerde knalrode herfstkleur. Taxus baccata, also known as the Venom tree, is a common evergreen conifer and very suitable as a hedge plant. It can be used as a fence, preferably in larger gardens.
